About Outage Ready HQ

Outage Ready HQ helps people choose portable power stations and home backup power without wading through sales pages. We compare the options people actually consider, check prices on the seller’s own site, and say plainly who each one suits and who should skip it.

Who writes this site

Pages are written and edited under a named author, and every page shows when it was last updated.

How we choose what to cover

We start with what people search for and ask about, then cover the products that fit those needs, whether or not they pay a commission. Our method is on how we research.
